New cards can be obtained at City Hall, located at 749 Main St. City Hall is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

RV dump cards originally issued between 2019 and 2023 can be renewed by calling 303-335-4500 or in person at City Hall.

The cost per calendar year is $23.00 for Louisville residents and $35.00 per non residents. All cards expire December 31st annually. For more information call 303-335-4500.

Where is the RV Dump Site Located?

1000 Empire Road (the northeast corner of Highway 42 and Pine Street/Empire Road), the former site of the City's recycling center.

What is the cost?

$23/year for residents $35/year for non Louisville residents.

What are the Dump Station hours of operation?

Generally Open Year Round, Sunday – Saturday,  7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Hours are subject to change without notice.

Permit/Access Card Application:
  • Access cards expire on December 31st of each year.
Recreational Vehicle Dump Station Rules and Guidelines:
  • An access card is REQUIRED for use of the dump station.
  • Access card purchases are not pro-rated based upon when the card was purchased.
  • One access card per household will be issued, which access card is to be used solely for the vehicle listed on the Recreational Vehicle Dump Station Permit Application. Failure to abide by this rule may result in revocation of the card and/or denial by the City of future use of the dump station.
  • Access cards are for use by the owner only, and may not be loaned to other users.
  • A $20.00 fee will be charged to replace lost access cards.
  • By signing the Recreational Vehicle Dump Station Permit Application, applicants acknowledge that they have received, read and understand the guidelines for use of the facility, and agree to be bound by those terms, including the indemnification provision.
  • Access cards will be deactivated if it is determined that the facility has been misused by the card holder and/or guidelines have not been followed.
  • RV Dump hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to change the hours of operation without prior notification.
  • Recreational vehicles must have a discharge hose in order to avoid unnecessary spillage problems. The driver is responsible for cleaning up any spills.
  • The RV Dump is for Recreational vehicle domestic wastewater only. The discharge of any other wastes, chemicals or other substances is prohibited.
  • Illegal dumping and discharges may result in fines pursuant to Chapter 13.32 of the City of Louisville Municipal Code, Sewer Use Regulation. Illegal discharges are also subject to enforcement under state and federal laws.
  • Card holders shall ensure that children and/or pets are confined to their RV while using the dump station.
  • In consideration for use of the dump station, card holders agree to defend and indemnify the City from and against all liability, claims and demands, including any third-party claim asserted against the City, on account of any injury, loss, or damage which arise out of, or are in any way related to, your use of the dump station.
