 The Citizen Problem Reporter is used to report non-emergency problems in the community like graffiti, damaged facilities, water leak, missing sign, abandoned/illegally parked vehicle, excessive noise, etc.

Please call 911 in the case of an emergency, such as a car accident. 

To submit a police report, please contact the City of Louisville Police Department at 303-441-4444.

To submit a new problem:

  1. Click on the map below. 
  2. Find the problem category in the right side panel.
  3. Fill in the type of problem, problem details, etc.
  4. Select where the problem is located. You can do this by selecting on the map or by searching by place or address.
  5. Click 'Report It' to submit the problem.

This issue will be reported to the appropriate department for follow-up.
