Home MenuLeaf & Branch Drop Off & Collection
In Louisville, property owners are responsible for downed trees and branches on their private property and within the adjacent public right-of-way, per Ord. No. 1484-2006, § 1, 2-7-2006, Sec. 8.12.060. If needed, property owners should consult with an independent, licensed landscape contractor or arborist to remove trees or tree branches on private property.
