The Public Works Department is now receiving electronic submittals of Permits.  

 We are accepting through our online portal.

The following documents are required for requesting and determining permit fees and supplemental requirements:

• General Permit Requirements
• Right-of-Way & Easement Work Permit Fees
• Right-of-Way/Easement Work Permit Submittal Requirements
• Right-of-Way & Easement Work Permit
  • Form to be completed electronically- You may submit an electronic ROW permit via email. Please be sure to include all of the required attachments.
  • Form to be printed and completed by hand

The historic permit application document is no longer valid and you should replace it with the newly revised Public Works Right-of-Way & Easement Work Permit.
