The Engineering Division oversees the construction of public improvements such as water mains, sanitary sewer mains, storm drainage inlets, piping and detention facilities, sidewalks, curb and gutter, handicap ramps, streets, traffic signage, and traffic signals. The Division manages capital improvement projects that include street construction, concrete replacement, and water main replacement. The Division is also involved with modifications and expansions of the water and water treatment plants and reviews development proposals for conformance with City code.
