At the June 7, 2022, meeting, Louisville City Council adopted several gun violence prevention ordinances, which went into effect on July 12, 2022. You can review the regulations in Title 9 Article VIII of the Louisville Municipal Code.

• Open/concealed carry prohibited in certain public spaces with permission of operating authority
