The City Clerk's Office provides notary services to residents by appointment only, Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm.

Appointments can be made by e-mail or calling (303) 335-4574 or (303) 335-4536.

Notary Services must be done in person at:

Louisville City Hall
City Clerk's Office
749 Main Street

Valid identification is required (government issued photo id card or passport). 

Please note that we are unable to notarize the following documents:

• I-9 Employee Eligibility Verification Forms
• Election documents such as petitions, affidavits, etc.
• Mortgage / deed documents
• Certify copies of birth, death, marriage or divorce certificates
• Apostilles and Authentications (these are done by the Colorado Secretary of State's Office)

If your document requires witnesses, you will need to provide your own witnesses. We are required to notarize all signatures at one time. 

The first three stamps are free, additional stamps may incur a fee of $6.00 per stamp.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide notary services with cause.
