** There are currently no marijuana license vacancies in the City of Louisville. **

Every local business that sells marijuana must obtain a license through the City Clerk's Office and the Local Licensing Authority. Businesses are also required to renew their license annually.

In addition to state applications a local Marijuana Licensing Application must be completed for the following:

• Renewal of Local License - $1,797.00 
• Transfer of Ownership - $3,594.00
• Modification of Premises - $1,797.00
• Change in Location - $1,797.00
• Change of Manager - $0.00
• Change in Financial Interest - $0.00 - ownership being retained

A late renewal fee of $599.00 will be applied to all applications received within 45 days of the current license expiration date.
