The Open Space Advisory Board advises the City Council and City staff on the management of the City Open Space properties. The Board is regulated by Chapter 4.02 of the Municipal Code.
The Board consists of eight members appointed by the City Council.
The board meets on the second Wednesday of every month in the Library Meeting Room, 951 Spruce Street, at 7:00 PM. Agendas for each meeting are posted in the foyer of City Hall, at the Library, at the Police Department/Municipal Court Building, at the Recreation Center, and on this site.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and give comments remotely using the links below; however, the in-person meeting may continue even if technology issues prevent remote participation.

Anyone needing sign language interpretation, translation services, or assisted listening systems for a meeting, should contact the City Clerk’s Office (303.335.4536 or 303.335.4574) or email ClerksOffice@LouisvilleCO.gov. A 48-hour notice is requested.

How do I contact the Open Space Advisory Board? If you’re interested in contacting the Board to provide public comment regarding an issue, please send an email to the staff liaison or call 303.335.4729. If you would like to submit public comments for the Open Space Board via email, please note comments must be received by noon the day of the meeting to be assured the Board will get them at the meeting.
Board members also receive mail at City Hall, 749 Main Street. Please be sure to include Open Space Advisory Board on the envelope.
Please note that any information submitted to the Board is available for public review under the Colorado Open Records Act.
