Intro to Yang Style Tai Chi

Yang-Style Tai Chi is a self-healing exercise proven to increase life expectancy. Prolonged practice will improve physical and mental health, strengthen balance, coordination and flexibility. All classes are indoor for all ages. Any questions, email instructor at rtsui11@gmail.com.
