Grab your leg warmers and join Helene and Becky for a FUN and feel-good 80s Aerobics Class the first Sunday of every month!  Enjoy classic fitness tunes from "back in the day" while getting sweaty and fit with  choreographed cardio followed by toning, abs and a quick stretch!
