This virtual class will offer different meditation techniques that will help you find a calm and peaceful state. Class in partnership with Boulder Community Health and taught by Joan DePuy, RN, BSN and Certified Reiki Master Level Practitioner. Presented through the Zoom platform. You will register through the Recreation & Senior Center and through Zoom. Once you complete the Zoom registration, you will receive a link to join the class. Class will be approximately 40-60 minutes long, with the opportunity for questions at the end.
