Day Trip: INTERNATIONAL SNOW SCULPTURE CHAMPIONSHIPS, Breckenridge

Let’s spend a few hours visiting the Breckenridge Snow Sculptures. Beginning January 23, 12 teams from around the world will descend on Breckenridge, Colorado to hand-carve 25-ton blocks of snow into enormous, intricate works of art. Artists are only allowed to use hand tools, creativity and inspiration to bring their ideas to life. Our visit will be the final day of sculpting, and first day of viewing. We will have time to explore Breckenridge and find a meal on your own.
