The Great ARTDOORS

All ages; families

Through this support group, kids will develop and gather resources for coping with stress, express themselves through art and the natural environment, and work together to help create an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive for the group. Art allows us to process emotions in safe and constructive settings. By creating physical representations of our feelings, we can better understand why we feel the way we do, and when words can't communicate our feelings, we can continue to express ourselves through art. Using art and nature will promote supportive connection, find healing and relief, and of course create fun! This group will be for all ages, and parents are more than welcome to attend!

Drop-in. No registration required.

These events are offered by Colorado Spirit staff. Events are free and while supplies last on a first come first served basis. Questions? Please call (303) 545-0852 or email us at: CommunityOutreach@mhpcolorado.org
