Join the community as we come together to observe Juneteenth. This federal holiday commemorates the day that enslaved Americans received word that they were free, over two years after President Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation. Members of the Boulder County NAACP will join City leadership as we to reflect on the past and celebrate the freedom and dignity of all people.

This event will be held at the flagpole and plaza outside of City Hall.
