Artist Passport: Rattle Drums from China

Ages 6-11

Join Imagine Arts Academy of Colorado to learn the art of writing with Chinese calligraphy. We will learn the importance of movement and flow with a calligraphy-style brush technique, and turn ideas into images. We’ll preserve Chinese characters on a rattle drum, called a Bo Lang Gu, to play at home!

Registration is required, only for the participating child. If you register, please attend. If you're unable to attend, please cancel your reservation so as many people as possible get to enjoy our free activities.

This Library Program will be located at the Steinbaugh Pavilion, 824 Front Street. Participants do not have to check-in at the Library. Please use caution when crossing Front Street.
