Are you not sleeping? Finding yourself overwhelmed? Frustrated and unsure of what's next?

JFS, the Town of Superior, Boulder County, and the City of Louisville presented two community-wide Disaster Stress online events on March 30 and 31 for anyone impacted by the Marshall Fire. A panel of local experts will shared information on recognizing signs of acute stress, supporting loved ones, accessing free services, and practicing self-care.
