COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at the Recreation & Senior Center

The City, in partnership with the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CPDHE), will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Friday, January 14 at the Louisville Recreation & Senior Center (900 W Via Appia). 

Friday, January 14, 2022, from 11 AM -  6 PM 
Louisville Recreation & Senior Center (900 Via Appia, Louisville, CO)
Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines available . First dose, second dose, booster, and pediatric vaccines available.

  • Pediatric: First and second doses available. Walk-ups are available or register here.
  • Adult: Walk-ups only. Moderna and Pfizer. First dose, second dose, and boosters are available.
