NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SETTING OF BALLOT TITLE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Louisville City Clerk will hold a public hearing concerning the ballot title for the referendum petition filed October 25, 2021 concerning Ordinance No. 1811, Series 2021, An Ordinance Approving the First Amendment to ConocoPhillips Campus General Development Plan (Redtail Ridge Master Plan). The election on said referendum petition is currently scheduled for April 19, 2022.

PURPOSE:
The hearing is being held pursuant to Section 7-4(c) of the Louisville Home Rule Charter, which requires the City Clerk to hold at least one public hearing prior to setting the ballot title for a referred ordinance.
The ballot title under consideration includes but is not limited to:
Shall Louisville Ordinance No. 1811, Series 2021, An Ordinance Approving the First Amendment to ConocoPhillips Campus General Development Plan (Redtail Ridge Master Plan), be approved?
