COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic

The City, in partnership with the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CPDHE), will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday, October 20 between 12 PM and 2 PM at the Louisville Recreation & Senior Center (900 W Via Appia).

Appointments are limited so registration is encouraged. No ID or proof of insurance is required. The vaccine is available free of charge to people age 12 and older. To find out more about the COVID-19 vaccine, visit the CDPHE website.

A limited number of Pfizer booster shots will be available to people in eligible groups.

After receiving your vaccine, you will receive a vaccination record card. This is an important document to keep for your records as it informs you of your second vaccination time and date. You will then be asked to park or sit and wait in a designated area for a 15-minute observation period. If you are not feeling well during this observation period, an on-site health professional will assist you.

Please remember to stay hydrated before and after your vaccination and please eat before your vaccination or bring a snack with you. Also, feel free to bring a friend or family member with you for support if needed.

Masks are required regardless of vaccination status.

If you have questions, please email info@LouisvilleCO.gov
