LVRSC Olympics Challenge

Louisville Recreation & Senior Center summer games will run from 7/24-8/5. 
Participate in 10 Olympic type events and track your results on your event card! T
All events are self-lead except for two* so you can participate in the events when the center is open.

Pick up event card!

Sat 7/24
ROWING:
Row 2000m on rower in cardio room 

Sun 7/25
SWIMMING:
Swim 1 lap of each: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly at indoor/outdoor pool

Mon 7/26
TRIATHLON:
Swim .5 miles , Bike 12 miles , Run a 5k

Wed 7/28
TABLE TENNIS:
Play 3 games at open tables in area by gym

Thurs 7/29
VOLLEYBALL:
Play walleyball for 30 min on racquetball court 1

Sat 7/31
BASKETBALL:
Play around the world in basketball gym

Mon 8/2
*FOOTBALL: 
Punt, Pass, Kick in basketball gym 10-12pm

Tues 8/3
CYCLING:
Take 7am or 5pm Cycle class 
Take a 45min ride outdoors

Wed 8/4
*GYMNASTICS:
Run through an obstacle course from  5-7pm in turf gym

Thurs 8/5
TRACK & FIELD: 
Run a 5k

Sun 8/8
Drop off event card!
