DEMO OF STICK MOBILITY CLASS by Dwight Robinson
Try a 30 minute demo of Stick Mobility. This new class combines joint mobilization, strength training,
and active stretching exercises to improve flexibility, strength and coordination, reduce risk of
injury, speed recovery, and improve athletic performance. Registration required.
