QiGong/Tai Chi 1-First Class June-August Session

Saturdays June 5-August 28 (NO CLASS 7/10, 7/17, 8/21)

Tai Chi is a self-healing exercise proven to increase life expectancy. Prolonged practice will improve physical and mental health, strengthen balance, coordination and flexibility. This is the beginning class for all ages who have no or very little exposure to Tai Chi. Classes will meet at the Crown room in the Senior Center.
