Qi Gong-First Class

Saturdays 5/1-5/29 10:15-11:15am

Qi Gong is a low-impact breathing exercise that has proven to strengthen our immune system and lower the risk of upper respiratory infections.This class will be taught by Rebecca Tsui.

This class is $50 for Residents and $63 for Non-Residents for the May session.
