Who is ready to blast out of this pandemic funk and get into the best shape of your life?!
Hit the goal with 5 - 6 fitness classes a week of Zoom or in-person classes! Or classes and any combo of hiking, biking, swimming etc!
Just get your heart rate up and keep it up for a total of 300 minutes a week!

Why this much time?
Research has shown that getting to 300 minutes of fitness a week is a sweet spot for managing your metabolism, building cardiovascular capacity, and getting leaner.
