Qi Gong is a whole body breathing exercise while sitting, standing or balancing. It is an excellent low-impact meditation to be done at home.This is an ON-LINE beginning class for all ages. Class instructions will be done via Zoom. Students must have internet access and computer/mobile device with camera and microphone to participate. This class is $40 for Residents and $50 for Non-Residents.
