Louisville Resident Registration

Household Registration Forms can be dropped off in the secure Summer Day Camp drop box from March 1 through March 8, 2021. Forms will be process starting March 10, 2021. Receipts will be e-mailed by the end of the week.

Non-resident Registration

Begins online March 29, 2021.
