Train for all of Jan by rowing, running, and doing body weight exercises to compete in the 2nd annual Dry Tri on Fri 1/29! At the end of the month either self-report your time OR join us from 8-1pm to compete in the challenge. 14+ Top 2 Female & Male competitors win prizes!

40 pushups, 80 step ups, 40 squats, 40 burpees, 40 plank jacks, 60 lateral hop overs on bench
2 mile Run/Walk with 1% grade on treadmill
