Let’s start 2021 out strong with a morning full of fitness, fun music, Dry Tri baseline tests, and hourly prizes! The fitness classes will be registration based & available in-person and on ZOOM. Multiple registrations are allowed. Hourly prizes will be given to ANYONE who comes to the facility and enters their name to win! Prize winners will be announced at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, and 1pm!
Pay Drop-In fee or use membership. Limit 10 per in-person classes.

Dry Tri Baseline tests
Take your Dry Tri baseline test on Fri 1/1 then lift, run, row, for the rest of the month to compete in the 2nd annual Dry Tri on Fri 1/29! Make a reservation for an area upstairs, look for thebig posters, and try your best! The Dry Tri consists of rowing, body weight exercises & running in a timed setting.
- Row 2000m
- 300 Body weight exercises
- 40 pushups, 80 step ups, 40 squats, 40 burpees, 40 plank jacks, 60 lateral hop overs on bench
- 2 mile Run/Walk with 1% grade on treadmill
