Caribbean Fitness Party

OUTDOOR FAMILY FITNESS PARTY | AGES 4+

Join us on a Saturday evening for a family friendly event with a traveling celebration of dance & fitness! A fun workout with family & friends where you move from station to station and participate in different fitness classes with music & glow accessories!

How it works

Sign up for a Fitness Party time slot. There are 3 small groups that will travel to 4 different fitness stations in 10 min intervals! Each time slot is a total of 75 minutes.

Start Times:
Group #1- 7pm
Group #2- 7:15pm
Group #3- 7:30pm

Everyone will get a party bag & be able to enter to win prizes at the end of each time slot.

Fitness Stations & Instructors:

Party Train Warm up w/ Joy
#1 Boot Camp w/ Helene
#2 Body Pump w/ Nicole
#3 Zumba w/ Laura
#4 Yoga Stretch w/ Jill

2 Pickleball courts will be open from 7-8:45pm

Fee: Use pass or $10/family
Location: Louisville Recreation Arboretum (park at the main Recreation lot and walk down)
