How much can you improve?
Perform six bodyweight exercises until exhaustion (stopping for more than three seconds). Get a baseline on March 7, train for a month, then see how you've improved at the finale April 4.
Exercises are: push-ups, sit-ups, plank, lunges, squats and dips.
Burnout BASELINE: Saturday, March 7 from 1:30 - 3:30 pm
Burnout FINALE: Saturday, April 4 from 10 am - 12 pm
Train during the month by taking any of the 150 fitness classes per week or working out in the weight/cardio rooms.
