Effective March 14, 2020, the City following facilities will be closed until further notice: Recreation & Senior Center, the Library, the Museum and Arts Center. We’ve made the decision to close these facilities in an effort to reduce community transmission of the virus consistent with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Boulder County Public Health recommendations.
People aren’t the only residents of Louisville; we share our city with all sorts of wild animals. But the ways we live with and think about creatures like coyotes, prairie dogs, and birds of prey have changed a lot. Come discover how people have historically interacted with these animals in our area and learn how we can coexist today. This program is put on by the city’s Open Space Division and the Louisville Historical Museum.
Stop by the Museum to discover hidden and interesting aspects of Louisville history and to tour the historic buildings on the Museum campus at 1001 Main during the First Friday Art Walks!
