This hands-on working session will simplify the process of sharing knowledge so that everyone can have the job aids they need to perform their job efficiently and correctly. The step-by-step process for developing the job aids will focus on creating comprehensive outlines that tackle one concept at a time to create simple and easy-to-understand job aids. Standard templates will be provided to enhance the effectiveness of your work. The 3-5 participants in this workshop will partner directly with Meagan Brown to create these products. (3 to 6 hour commitment)
