• 8:45 AM-1:15 PM Monday-Friday
• 4:00-7:00 PM Monday-Thursday Evenings
• 9:00 AM -12:30 PM Saturday Mornings

Child Watch Guidelines

Child Watch is an amenity for parents/caregivers who are utilizing the Recreation & Senior Center. A parent/caregiver must stay in the facility while their child is in Child Watch.

Children may be in care for 1.5 hours maximum. Waitlists may occur during peak times. 

Please have your cell phone available while in the facility. Staff may page you on the intercom or contact your cell phone if there is a need for you to return to Child Watch. 

When placing a child in care who is unable to sit up on his or her own, please bring an infant seat or chair. Child Watch does not provide diaper changing services. If a child has a soiled diaper the parents will be notified to change the child in the facility restrooms.

You may bring a labeled water bottle for your child. You may provide a snack for your child(ren) in a labeled container. No nut products please.

Staff do not change diapers. If your child needs a diaper change, you will be contacted to return to Child Watch. 

Illness Guidelines

Please keep children home at the onset of any illness. They may return once they have improved and are medication free for a minimum of 24 hours. If a child appears unwell while in care, parent/caregiver will be contacted to pick up. Child Watch will follow current state and local program guidance.

Utilizing Child Watch

Step 1

• Parent/guardian must check in at the front desk for their adult visit. Child Watch as it is an amenity for paid guests.

Step 2

• Proceed to Child Watch, base in the Snowy Owl Room.
• Sign your child in, one child per line. Please print legibly including all required information. Child must be present at time of sign in.
• Payment options: Child Watch Punch Pass, Child Watch Annual Pass (purchased separately from Recreation Passes),  or Daily Visit.

Child Watch Fees

• Punch Card Fees (non-refundable)
  • 10 Visits / Cost: $41 (resident) $52 (non-resident)
  • 20 Visits / Cost: $82 (resident) $104 (non-resident)
  • 1 visit includes up to 1.5 hours of care
• Drop-in Fee*
  For those guests who do not wish to purchase a Child Watch punch card, the drop-in rates are as follows:
  • $7 (resident); $9 (non-resident) per child
    *Drop in fee must be paid at the front desk before dropping your child off and a copy of the receipt must be presented to the child care staff member when signing the child out of the child care room.
• Annual Child Watch Pass Rates:
  • 1 child: $290 (resident)/$363 (non-resident)
  • Each additional child: $75 (resident)/$94 (non-resident)
  • No refunds. May be purchased at the Front Desk.
