Fall 2024 Registration (September to December 2024 Programs)
Registration begins Wednesday, August 21 at Noon for Louisville Residents, Friday, August 23 at Noon for Non-Residents.
How do I begin?
If you currently have a household set up into our database, click on the online registration link above. Input your 10 digit home telephone number and your last name as your password. We strongly encourage to change your user name and password once you have entered the site. This function is located under the “My Account” menu. If you have difficulties with your user name or password, please contact Recreation Center Guest Services at 303-666-7400 during business hours. If you are currently not entered into our database, you may click on the “Having Trouble Signing In/Help” link.Can I change my household information online?
In order to maintain the integrity of our database, you are only allowed to change your user name and password login. If you have forgotten your login information, call Guest Services at 303-666-7400 and an email can be sent with that information.Are there activities I can’t sign up for online?
Most activities are available online. A message will appear on activities that are not available for online registration.What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All payments are processed in a secure environment.How do I know my registration was successful?
You will receive a confirmation receipt of the transaction. With online registration, City of Louisville Residents Households are given priority to enroll at the beginning of each registration period.Cancellation Policy
All programs require refunds to be requested 7 days before classes start. There is a $5.00 service charge per class for cancellations with a 7 day notice, CANCELLATIONS AFTER THAT TIME WILL RESULT IN 100% CLASS FEE SURCHARGE.
Summer Adventure Camp, Preschool and Youth Sports have separate cancellation policies. Please refer to the current catalog to receive those cancellation policies.
SENIOR ACTIVITIES: Activities that are canceled for low enrollment will be given a full refund or credit. No refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 3 working days before the start of activity. Special circumstances may be considered. Exceptions: if the event is a ticketed activity, no refunds will be given unless the ticket can be resold.
Please check your receipt carefully for any errors you may see in processing. Please contact the center at 303-666-7400 as soon as possible so we can aid in making appropriate corrections.
