General Information

• Choose from Pool Party or Indoor Turf Party
• Rental includes use of private pool party room.
• Rentals can be done online or by calling Pam Lemon at 303-335-4907 or emailing plemon@louisvilleco.gov
• Rental days are Saturday and Sunday
• Rental payment is due at the time of reservation.
• Reservations must be booked at least 10 days in advance.
• Additional guests require payment on the day of the event payable at the front desk (Daily Admission).    
• If the party needs to be canceled, a $25 cancellation fee will apply unless the cancellation is made less than 7 days from the event date which would result in a forfeiture of the entire fee.

POOL PARTY PACKAGE (2 hours)

Reservation times:

• Saturday: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM; 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM
• Sunday:    12:00 PM - 2:00 PM; 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Stay COOL in the POOL where party goers can use the 4-lane program pool and FUN leisure pool, complete with a slide, zero-depth water playground and a lazy river.  Price includes 10 kids and 2 adults. For additional guests (up to 20-room capacity), refer to the fees under general information. Children aged 6 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult who is actively supervising in the water. You can bring in your own decorations that are easy to put up and take down. NO tacks, nails, pins, glitter, confetti or piñata's are allowed. Pool party rooms have refrigerators to use. You can bring in food and/or beverages. No alcohol is permitted.

TURF PARTY PACKAGE (2 hours)

• Sunday:    12:00 PM - 2:00 PM; 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM
  

Enjoy both the indoor turf, with garage doors leading to an outdoor play space and picnic tables.  Yard games include soccer, parachute, football, Connect 4, Toss Across, Ladder Ball, and many more!  The party kids can choose the games they wish to play during the event.
