May Murph Fitness Challenge

Train all month then come complete this workout on the challenge day, Thurs 5/23! The workout consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups (or burpees), 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run, and you can wear a weight vest or not.

 Test your skills for time on Thurs 5/23!
