Are you looking to get the most out of a vegetarian diet? Join certified nutritionist Diana Walley for an informative and engaging class on practical ways to plan a healthful vegetarian diet. You will learn how to optimize your protein intake and why it’s important to choose a variety of healthy plant-based foods to “eat the rainbow”!

 

Diana Walley holds a Master Nutrition Therapy certificate and is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®. She is also a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the American Council of Exercise.
