Mother Cabrini Shrine, located beyond the foothills of Golden, Colorado was established by St. Frances Xavier Cabrini for the purpose of providing a peaceful summer atmosphere for orphan children. Let’s head to Golden for a tour of the Shrine and see all its wonders. You will have about 1.5 hours to wander the grounds on your own before lunch which will be served at noon on-site. The bus will leave at 2pm to head back to the
senior center. The lunch menu is TBD and typically served buffet style. There are many steps at the Shrine, be prepared for walking. Fee includes lunch.
