Tai Chi is a self-healing exercise proven to increase life expectancy. Prolonged practice will improve physical and mental health, strengthen balance, coordination and flexibility. Classes are indoors. If the weather is nice,
classes will be outside. Instructor will communicate via email and/or text if any changes.
This is the beginning class for all ages who have no or very little exposure to Tai Chi.
