Tai Chi is a self-healing exercise proven to increase life expectancy. Prolonged practice will improve physical and mental health, strengthen balance, coordination and flexibility. Classes are indoors. If the weather is nice,
classes will be outside of the Crown Room. Instructor will communicate via email and/or text if any changes.
TAI CHI 2
This class is for all returning students from Tai Chi 1 & 2.
