Tai Chi is a self-healing exercise proven to increase life expectancy. Prolonged practice will improve physical and mental health, strengthen balance, coordination and flexibility.

Tai Chi 1 (10:30-11:30am)-This is the beginning class for all ages who have no our very little exposure to Tai Chi.
