Tai Chi 3-First Class June-August Session

Saturdays June 5-August 28 (NO CLASS 7/10, 7/17, 8/21)

Tai Chi is a self-healing exercise proven to increase life expectancy. Prolonged practice will improve physical and mental health, strengthen balance, coordination and flexibility. Classes will be in the Recreation & Senior Center’s Crown room. Email Rebecca rtsui11@gmail.com if you have any questions

 

This class is for all returning students. Classes will meet in the Crown Room.
