Tai Chi 3-First Class May

Saturdays 5/1-5/29; 9:00-10:00am

Tai Chi is a self-healing exercise proven to increase life expectancy. Prolonged practice will improve physical and mental health, strengthen balance, coordination and flexibility.

 

This class is for all returning students. Classes will meet at the Turf Gym.
