Dry Triathlon January Fitness Challenge

Challenge Yourself to Complete our Dry Triathlon!

The Dry Triathlon Challenge is a triathlon consisting of three events that will take place on indoor equipment and will provide various measures of speed and fitness. This is an exciting fitness challenge for people of all abilities to push themselves to new levels, providing a measurable goal to gauge their progress and performance, with the added motivation of a little friendly competition.

The event will start with a 2000 meter row, followed by floor exercises such as push-ups, squats, burpees (everyone's favorite!) step-ups, plank jacks, and skiers, and finally we will wrap it up with a two-mile treadmill run or walk. Your transition times do count so don’t dawdle.  Then, you add up your "scores" or times on the three machines (in addition to your transition times) for your final time. It’s going to be fun! So what are you waiting for? Sign up and start training now.
