12 Days of Fitness Challenge

Join us for the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge!

12 Days. 12 Classes.
Each day from December 12th-23rd pick a different class format, participate in that class and get your instructors signature, then cross that class of the list. Participate in a class in all the formats and then turn your card in to be entered to win a prize. The 12 class formats include: 

1. Water class
2. Cycle class
3. Yoga class
4. Les Mills class
5. Zumba class
6. NIA class
7. Free choice
8. Strength class
9. Free choice
10. Rest day
11. Strength class
12. Cardio class
