Permitting:

Live music is allowed without a permit until 9:30 PM.

Events with over 100 people must provide additional portable restrooms. While the City cannot recommend any one business over another, an online search of "portalet" or "porta potty" will bring up several results.

Events with over 250 people must have a Special Event Permit from the City of Louisville.

If your event includes alcohol, caterers that use a grill/propane/a generator, or street closures, additional permitting is required. Click here for more details about permits.
