COVID-19 (coronavirus)  

Masks are no longer required in City of Louisville buildings, including the Louisville Historical Museum. Please note that Boulder County Public Health recommends that individuals age 2+ wear a mask when around others while Boulder County remains at a level of substantial or high transmission. 

First Friday: History Outdoors

The Louisville Historical Museum participates in Louisville's First Fridays with fun engaging themes each month. Stop by during this open house style event, and start your Louisville History Month off right!

The Museum campus has some new additions! Meet artist James Dixon and learn about his creation and restoration of the “Fire Vase” bronze sculpture that survived the Marshall Fire. Bring the kids and discover how children contributed to home life in the backyards of Louisville.
