What words could possibly bring us together?
High school student Zan is putting in his community service hours when he meets Dorothy, a book-lover who’s losing her eyesight. Each of them might just have what the other needs… if they can only find the words. Powerful, heartwarming, and timely, this new play by award-winning playwright E.M. Lewis is perfect for older and younger adults.
About the Tour:
This summer, the BETC TheatreTruck hits the road again, bringing great theatre to Colorado communities. Free and outdoors, grab your chair or blanket, pack a picnic basket, and join us for an evening to remember.
Is this show suitable for kids? Can I bring my baby?
“Dorothy’s Dictionary” is suitable for all ages, though most accessible for middle-schoolers and older. Parents with infants and very young children are welcome to attend and step out when needed so that the artists can continue the show without interruption.
Performance will be held near the Community Park bandshell. You'll see the "Butterfly Effect Theater" bus parked where the performance will be!
