COVID-19 (coronavirus)  

Masks are no longer required in City of Louisville buildings, including the Louisville Historical Museum. Please note that Boulder County Public Health recommends that individuals age 2+ wear a mask when around others while Boulder County remains at a level of substantial or high transmission.

Join us for a walking tour of the industries that shaped Louisville's wartime culture and economy.

About this Event

The Great War of 1914-1918 changed the world. Learn how this conflict affected people, coal, agriculture, and mining in Boulder County and the Louisville area. Join the City’s Ranger Naturalist and Louisville Historical Museum staff for a walking tour of traces from the industries that fueled Louisville’s contributions to the war effort. The tour leaves from Kerr Gardens. Advance registration required. Attendance will be limited to comply with state and local public health guidelines. Staff will require attendees to wear facial coverings and practice six-foot social distancing.
